"Summer Things" by Alex Scott happened at Study Hall last Friday, and benefited this wonderful organization called Arts of Life - the boutique donated 10% of all their sales to the cause. The art by Alex Scott was amazing, an homage to all things summer, such as bikinis, watermelons and barbecue grills. Study Hall - picked as the Best Local Alternative to Urban Outfitters for the Best of Chicago Reader 2013 - was also celebrating their 2nd anniversary. The show was promoted by Vincent Uribe, who also runs LVL3 Gallery along with Anna Mort.
