"Another highlight is our lunch and learn at noon both days by Legend Nena Ivon, presenting “20th Century Fashion Designer Costume Jewelry...From Paul Poiret to Christian Lacroix.” For $30, in addition to the presentation, this special event includes a boxed gourmet lunch from Little Goat Diner, entrance into the Market both days and drinks. Ivon spent her entire 53 year career as fashion, special events and marketing director at Saks Fifth Avenue, Chicago during which time she worked with the 20th and 21st Centuries’ greatest fashion designers producing thousands of spectacular events. She is widely acknowledged as a fashion expert and currently lectures nationally and teaches fashion courses at Columbia College Chicago. She is currently President of the Costume Council of the Chicago History Museum…the Collection is the second largest in the world. She has received honorary degrees and The City of Chicago even named a day in her honor. For any fashion fanatic, this is a presentation not to be missed!"
