Daniel Tucker Nelson is a SAIC alumni who now works as a fashion designer in NYC. Plus I love him. See some of the reasons why here. Dilan Walpola is his adorable boyfriend, who is responsible for many Filipino American Museum projects, among many other cool things. I shot them during my last trip to NYC.

Jenny
Jenny Kendler is an artist, environmentalist and one of my Chicago style icons. I shot Jenny during the last MCA First Fridays while she was sporting her own interpretation of a kimono. Her necklace is an obijime (cord that ties an obi) and her earrings were made of chopsticks!

WOW, Lana! You (and Robin) knocked this one out of the park! Here's why Alanna picked this look: "I loved Robin's Marc Jacobs dress and clutch, and that she did bright trainers instead of flats or heels. Also, a big brooch on the dress, plus bracelets and rings, but no earrings or necklace, so it's still balanced".
